This time, we invite you to celebrate the changing season with a journey through the flavours of autumn. Our 5-course mystery tasting menu is a colourful celebration of the harvest, bringing together seasonal produce, warming spices, earthy flavours, comforting dishes and a few unexpected Kanu twists. Each course is inspired by the abundance of the season, showcasing vegetables, fruits, grains and spices at their best — from deep, savoury and smoky flavours to sweet, warming and fragrant combinations. Expect a little bit of comfort, a little bit of creativity, and plenty of autumnal surprises as we take you on a five-course journey through the harvest.

This time, we invite you to journey through Mexico — travelling from the sun-soaked coast of Baja to the vibrant streets and tropical landscapes of Tulum.
Our 5-course mystery tasting menu takes inspiration from the diverse flavours, ingredients and landscapes found along the way, reimagined with our signature Kanu twists. Expect bright, fresh flavours, smoky spices, zesty citrus, tropical fruits and bold Mexican-inspired combinations. Each course marks a different stop on the journey, creating a colourful culinary adventure from Baja to Tulum — celebrating the incredible variety of Mexican cuisine along the way.
